Please note: All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance (excluding vivid/fashion colors) will be charged a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. **Cancellation fees due to illness will currently be waved.
***Due to the amount of time required for specialty color and extensions, Vivid/Fashion colors and Extension services must be rescheduled within 72 hours of appointment time. Rescheduling within less than 72 hours will result in a $75 fee. Cancellation of vivid/fashion color and extension appointments within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged a minimum amount of $150 (plus cost of hair extensions if applicable).***
